To apply for the pre-admission release of an Industry Based Learning scholarship, submit the application form below by Friday, 11 December 2009.
Approximately 50 year 12 applicants will be invited to interviews on Thursday, 17 December, 2009. The interview outcomes will be confirmed the day after the interview, and students will be offered IBL scholarships subject to admission to the degree through the VTAC admissions process.

The second intake of students into Industry Based Learning is determined in December each year after the completion of the first year at Monash. All students will be invited to submit an expression of interest (student authcate login) by Friday 16 October 2009 for Industry Based Learning. NB: Students who have failed one unit in semester 1 may still be invited to apply if they have re-enrolled and passed the unit in semester 2.
Students must have satisfied course progression requirements and unit pre-requisites. Due to Australian government regulations Industry Based Learning is currently not available to international students.
Admission to Industry Based Learning is based on interviews conducted by industry partners of the program. The assessment criteria used at the interviews include communication skills, maturity, enthusiasm, initiative, leadership qualities, extra curricular activities and participation, academic performance, career interests and personal employment history.
