IT Challenge Competition Awards Night 2009

The IT Challenge Awards Night will be held at the International Digital Entertainment Festival (Melbourne), Royal Exhibition Building, Melbourne Australia.

Time: 7pm - Start 7:45pm

The event will include an awards ceremony for the IT Challenge Competition and 2009 Game Camp Team winners.

Light refreshments will be served on the night.

Parents, family members and school representatives are welcome to attend the awards night (please RSVP 03 9903 1441 by the 23rd October 2009.

3 Day pass to IDEF

All winners from both the IT Challenge Competition and Computer Games Boot Camp will receive a 3 Day pass to the International Digital Entertainment Festival.

The 3 day pass are only issued on the first day of the festival.

How to collect them:

Option 1:
Go to the main doors of the festival (Royal Exhibition building) between 11am and 12pm on (Friday 30th October). A Faculty representative will issue the passes.

Option 2:
Winners who cannot make Option 1 times and wish to attend the first day of the festival, please request a Day pass to be mailed to your home, with your RSVP by the 23rd October 2009.

Option 3:
Go to the main doors of the festival (Royal Exhibition building) at 7pm (Friday 30th October) and wait to be escorted into the awards ceremony. A representative from the Faculty will be waiting. Passes will be issued during the awards ceremony.

Please note: Day 1 of the Festival ends at 7pm and we need to wait for the main part of the expo to close, before inviting people into the awards area.

All guests attending the awards night will be required to wait outside the doors of the festival, before gaining entry to the ceremony.

If you cannot attend Day 1 of the festival or the awards night and wish to visit the festival on the weekend, please contact (by the 23rd October 2009) to make an arrangement.
