Bachelor of Information Systems (Honours) - BIS(Hons) 2360
The BIS honours degree aims to provide students with an in-depth knowledge of an area of study relevant to information management and systems, to provide a preparation for further research, and to prepare students for advanced professional practice.
On the successful completion of the degree, students will have:
- an in-depth knowledge of one or more areas of study relevant to information management and systems
- an understanding of the use of a variety of research methods appropriate to information management and systems
- planned and completed a substantial research project relevant to IMS information management and systems documented by thesis.
- adequately prepared to undertake further research at masters or PhD level.
