Course Transfer - For current domestic and international Monash University students ONLY

CLOSING DATE:  The Faculty of Information Technology will accept course transfers up to 5.00pm on Monday 30th November, 2009.

Late course transfer applications may be accepted after 30th November 2009, subject to availability of places.

For MIT (Honours) and the MBIS (Honours) and BITS (Honours), the course transfer deadline is;   Friday 29th January, 2010.

The Faculty of IT will not  accept late course transfer applications for these courses.

If you wish to transfer from your current Monash University course, follow these steps below:

Step 1

Choose an IT course which suits your interests to transfer into.

Step 2

Check the entry requirements to see if you are eligible for entry.

Step 3

Undergraduate and Postgraduate degrees

Domestic and International students are to complete the Course Transfer Application Form downloaded from the Student Forms page, or contact the Faculty Admissions Office.

Please DO NOT apply via the online application process.

Step 4

CourseTransfer Application Forms are to be returned to the Faculty Admissions Office.

Step 5

You must ensure that you re-enrol for 2010 (by the Re-enrolment deadline) in your current course.

Students transferring to another campus or to another major, but remaining in the same course can re-enrol as normal.  Any further enrolment changes necessary can be made after moving campuses.
