Embracing Diversity Symposium

An Embracing Diversity Symposium is being held at Clayton campus for
teaching staff in the Faculty of Information Technology and the Faculty
of Business and Economics on Thursday 5 February 2004.
Diversity in the classroom arises from the cultural background of students
as well as from their age, employment experience, ability levels, gender
and many other factors. Teaching staff are invited to enjoy a day of
collegiality, scholarship and excellence as issues around how to manage
the teaching of diverse groups are explored.
